Stage I

• No action required.

• Establish and communicate a formal policy on subcontractor S&H  violations, including removal and possible financial penalties.
• Include policy in the company contract requirements.

• Hold subcontractors responsible for correcting hazards created by their work and ensure any penalty policies are understood by all subcontractors and tier contractors described in their contracts.
