system for employees (maybe anonymous), requiring timely
responses back to employees.
- Require subcontractors to participate in the
company process or establish equivalent processes.

- Continue implementing hazard reporting
systems and encouraging more active reporting by both company
and subcontractor employees; ensure timely investigations of the
hazard reported, ensure regular feedback, using different media,
to all employees on status of hazards reported.
