ELEMENT: Adherence to Rules

Stage I

• Require subcontractors and their employees to comply with OSHA and company S&H rules. Inform all subcontractor employees of this requirement before work begins.

• Develop a system to handle S&H violations of subcontractor employees working on-site.

• Improve and continue to enforce company policy for S&H violations.
