including a requirement for narrative reports.
- Encourage subcontractors to adopt a similar
policy or establish an equivalent process.

- Company and subcontractors implement systems
and written procedures to annually evaluate the S&H management
systems.
- Company and subcontractors complete at least
one annual self-evaluation of the S&H management system.
- Complete an evaluation prior to completion of
construction.
